Cinzia Zeltner
Cinzia Zeltner holds a Master degree in English and History from the University of Basel as well as a Master of Advanced Studies degree in Health Promotion from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI). She has been an academic employee at the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) since 2014, where she managed the funding programme “Interprofessional education and collaboration in healthcare” until 2020 and has more recently taken up a position as deputy chief of section. Her work at the FOPH inspired her to pursue her own PhD project, which focuses on primary physicians’ perceptions of task shifting. The study draws on the findings of the experimental survey carried out by Sophie K. Brandt and uses a qualitative design to gain an in-depth understanding of primary physicians’ attitudes and motivations.
