Daniela Crescenzi

Daniela Crescenzi has a professional background as medical practice assistant and has various professional experiences in inpatient and outpatient, acute and long-term health care settings. She continued her education path with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Gender Studies at the University of Basel and is now studying for a master’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of Lucerne. Her master's thesis is an in-depth study on the sub-project of Health2040, which investigates the preferences of health professionals regarding future models of outpatient primary care. The thesis deals with the expectations and satisfaction of medical practice coordinators (MPC) with their training and their (new) responsibilities in everyday practice.

For this purpose, she is looking for interview partners with a degree as MPC, willing to share their experiences and thoughts. You can find the call here.
